1.    This promotion is open to the residents of the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of GlaxoSmithKline, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2.    The promotion commences 9/12/2011 and closes 14/12/2011  and this will be confirmed by Promoter with Facebook updates on the Ribena Facebook page as well as with subsequent comments on Facebook and the blog.
3.    No purchase necessary.
4.    To enter the promotion, post a comment about your favourite Ribena advert on the Ribena on TV blog post.  This will be considered as entry in to the promotion.  Only one entry per person will be accepted.
5.    The prize is 4 x Ribena 500ml ready to drink per winner. A total of 5 prizes are available to be won.  Please note, flavours included within the prize may vary.  An entrant may only win one prize.
6.    Comments will be approved by the Promoter before appearing on the blog. Comments deemed offensive or not in the spirit of the competition will not be approved. Comments may not be approved straight away and may take some time to appear.
7.    Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by a by email within5 days of the closing date. Once the Promoter receives an email back from each winner with details of their postal address, the prize will be sent out within 28 days by first class mail.
8.    In the event that any winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.

10.    The Promoter will disqualify entrants it believes are acting in breach of these terms and conditions.
11.    It is a condition of entry that winners agree to take part in any publicity that may arise as a result of this promotion.

The promoter is not responsible for the terms and conditions, privacy policy or content of any website accessed through links or references on our blog. Promoter reserves all rights relating to the Promoter’s blog account, including but not limited to: (i) adding, removing, or modifying any content posted on the account, (ii) blocking blog users from commenting; and (iii) discontinuing the account at any time.
