Ribena products outside of the UK have slightly different ingredients so the findings don’t apply to UK Ribena products. The vitamin C findings only affected New Zealand and Australia and the situation was immediately put right. All Ribena products in the UK are rich sources of vitamin C and we add the extra ingredients for taste as blackcurrant juice on its own tastes quite bitter.
